Before attempting to make a booking, please ensure you have the following
Please Note:
- When entering your address, if it consists of a unit number or similar, please leave it out of the address, and place it in the “comment” section of the booking form. Street numbers are essential.
- When your location (pickup or departure) is Brisbane Airport, type “Brisbane” and choose from the drop down menu
- A booking made via this online reservation system is ONLY a requested booking. Prices and availability will be confirmed within 48 hours. If your travel is within 48 hours, please contact the office by telephone, (as shown on the web site)
- All bookings must be secured with a credit card, for holding purposes only. You can pay the driver on the day of pickup, but the credit card must be entered to finalise a booking. We charge a 3% handling fee for MasterCard and Visa, and 5% for American Express ONLY if they are used as a means of payment, not for holding purposes.
